Ordering, Shipping & Returns

 

Item Availability

All pieces are made in-shop and we try and keep a small number of most silver items in stock at all times. If an item is not available, it will be made to order, in most cases taking less than a day to fulfill. If you place an order and an item will take longer than a day to prepare, we will contact you. If you have a question about an item availability or need us to meet a deadline, please give us a call during normal business hours at (510) 841-8702.

 

Gold, Platinum and Stones

We put on every item in our shop that all items are available in 14K gold, 18K gold and platinum, and that customization is available, but sometimes that's difficult to present in an easy to read way, for mobile devices, or for people who are looking for pictures of something that they have seen in the store.

Every item in our store can be made in metals other than silver, and custom work is available.If you would like to purchase something in gold, platinum, or you would like to customize something, please contact us at (510) 841-8702 or info (at) celticjewelers.com.

 

Shipping

We ship via USPS, within the USA (standard and express) and internationally (standard only).

For USA shipping: We offer two shipping rates for US orders. Standard shipping (USPS Priority) takes up to 3 days continental US, and we offer insured overnight shipping through USPS as well. Express shipping (USPS Priority Express) is usually continental overnight, but can take 2 days in remote areas. We strongly recommend express shipping for orders over $200.

For International shipping: Standard shipping (USPS Ground) will depend on the location that it is being shipped to. Items that are shipped can be held at customs and may occur additional import tariffs depending on the country. Because of this, we cannot guarantee or estimate shipping times.

Will Call available for in-state purchases only.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hand-produced nature of our craft, you may return items for exchange only. All items must be in original condition (new, unworn and in original packaging). Customized items (such as custom orders, engraved products, resized rings, custom design, etc.) cannot be returned. Deposits on orders are non-refundable. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
